Induction Furnace Refractory Lining

Introduction of induction furnace refractory lining: it can be used in aluminum smelting, cast steel, and copper smelting.
This product is a refractory material for quartz coreless induction furnaces, and the material is acidic.

Adding part of fused silica on the basis of silicon ramming material can obviously improve the expansion disadvantage of the furnace lining. The rising range of the furnace lining is significantly reduced when the furnace is baked, and there is no crack when the furnace is cold.

High-purity raw materials, reasonable gradation, and resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating characterize it. It is especially suitable for the intermittent operation of large-scale medium-frequency induction furnaces. This material is a premixed dry ramming mixture. The content of boric acid or anhydride has been prepared according to customer needs, and users can put it into use directly.

The product grades YSS-140, YSS-145, YSS-150, YSS-155, YSS-158, YSS-160, YSS-165, and YSS-170 are suitable for melting temperatures of 1400°C-1800°C respectively.

There are no cracks when the furnace is cold. It is characterized by high-purity raw materials, reasonable gradation, and resistance to rapid cooling and heat, especially suitable for the intermittent operation of large-scale medium-frequency induction furnaces.

Production Process

The correct furnace building, oven baking, and sintering process is the key to ensuring the regular operation of the furnace lining. Before building and baking the furnace, please refer to the “Furnace Building and Oven Sintering Process Instructions” of Henan Ruishi Refractories Branch.

Packaging Standards and Storage Methods

Multi-layer moisture-proof paper and inner film packaging 25kg/bag, stored in a dry place to prevent moisture absorption. The storage period is no more than one year. In addition, according to customer requirements, 106cmX106cm tons of pallets and strong stretchable film packaging can be used.
