Submerged Arc Furnace Cover

Submerged arc furnace cover is equipped with a tubular water-cooled cover;

The furnace cover is composed of multiple waterways as a whole, which is very convenient for transportation, disassembly and replacement;

This furnace roof reduces the water consumption and power consumption of the SAF smelting system and reduces environmental pollution;

Furnace cover cooling device, including lining cover, cooling cylinder and auxiliary mechanism.

Description

Submerged arc furnace cover (SAF), the latest type is a removable tubular water-cooled furnace cover, which adopts tubular water cooling.

Due to the high heat radiation temperature of the electrode arc starting, the furnace cover part near the electrode arc starting area is ablated, which greatly shortens the service life of the furnace cover and the fume collecting hood.

The new furnace cover includes a furnace cover frame. A plurality of water cooling blocks are arranged on the framework of the furnace cover, and the water cooling blocks are arranged between the frameworks of the furnace cover.

The water-cooling block is fixed on the framework of the furnace cover through the water-cooling block hanging device. Divide the furnace cover according to the water channels, that is, each channel of water forms its own piece.

The whole furnace cover is composed of various waterway blocks, which is convenient for transportation, disassembly and replacement;

The water-cooled skeleton is adopted, and the cooling water enters the skeleton from the main water pipe, and then the skeleton supplies water to each waterway.

The skeleton acts as both a support and a water distributor, which increases the utilization rate of the skeleton and reduces the investment of equipment components.

Advantage

The furnace cover of the submerged arc furnace is mainly composed of the heating surface of the furnace cover, the connecting pipes and the boiler cylinder.

The submerged arc furnace cover replaces the existing SAF cover with high water consumption, high energy consumption and easy combustion and its cooling circulation system.

The waste heat of the furnace cover and flue system is fully utilized for power generation or other industrial heating, which ultimately reduces the water consumption and power consumption of the submerged arc furnace smelting system and reduces environmental pollution.

In addition, the submerged arc furnace roof can be widely used in the submerged arc furnace industry, especially for silicon metal, ferrosilicon alloy, silicon aluminum alloy, calcium carbide, manganese silicon and nickel titanium alloy and other smelting industries.

To a large extent, the energy saving and emission reduction technology of the submerged arc furnace smelting industry has been promoted.

Characteristic

Submerged arc furnace cover cooling device, including a lining cover, a cooling cylinder and an auxiliary mechanism.

The lining cover is designed to match the inner wall of the SAF cover.

The interior of the lining cover is hollow, and the cooling cylinder is fixed in the lining cover.

The auxiliary mechanism is fixedly arranged in the inner lining cover, and the inner lining cover is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the submerged arc furnace cover.

A ring of mounting wings is fixed on the outer ring wall of the inner lining cover.

The annular surface of the lower end of the mounting wing plate is designed to match the upper end surface of the submerged arc furnace body.

One-way water inlet valve and one-way drain valve are fixed on the installation wing plate, and the one-way water inlet valve and one-way drain valve are symmetrically distributed.

The input end of the one-way water inlet valve is fixedly connected with a cooling water cavity.

The uniform stirring in the cooling water chamber accelerates the water flow speed in the cooling water chamber and improves the cooling efficiency.

Different product requirements, the furnace cover configuration and parameters according to customer requirements will also be different.

Specific products need to determine specific parameters according to the final requirements.
