Inductotherm Induction Furnace
The inductotherm induction furnace adopts a controllable silicon static medium frequency power supply for induction heating, which is used for smelting and heat preservation of non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum and stainless steel. It is generally divided into aluminum shell structure and steel shell structure according to the furnace capacity. Aluminum shell structure generally adopts the tilting furnace mode with reducer as power (there are also a few hydraulic tilting furnaces), and steel shell structure generally adopts the tilting furnace mode with hydraulic power.
Service Environment and Conditions
1. Ambient temperature: 2 ℃ ~ 35 ℃;
2. The relative humidity shall not exceed 90%;
3. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m;
4. There is no conductive dust and corrosive gas around;
5. Places without explosion hazards and violent vibration;
6. The temperature of cooling water shall not be lower than 5 ℃ and not exceed 35 ℃. The outlet water temperature shall not exceed 55 ℃. The pH value shall be in the range of 6 ~ 8.5, and the hardness shall not be greater than 8 degrees (each degree is 1 liter, and the water contains 10 mg Cao);
7. The voltage fluctuation of three-phase power supply shall not be greater than 10%.

Inductotherm Induction Furnace’ features
